In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on "cultivating a group of 'specialized, refined, unique, and innovative' small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)", fully implement the several policies and measures of the provincial Party committee and government to promote the high-quality development of SMEs, and continuously guide SMEs in our province to follow the development path of "specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation", in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Recognition of 'Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative' SMEs in Shandong Province" (Luxiang Gongxinfa [2020] No. 7) and the "Notice on Carrying out the Cultivation and Recognition Work for 'Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative' SMEs and 'Gazelle' and 'Unicorn' Enterprises in Shandong Province in 2022", after voluntary application by enterprises, recommendation by the municipal SME authorities, expert review, and publicity, 2,683 enterprises including Jinan Yinan Chemical Co., Ltd. were recognized as "specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" SMEs in Shandong Province in 2022, and 185 enterprises including Jinan Laiwu Shengteng Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. were recognized as "specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" SMEs in Shandong Province that passed the review in 2022, with a validity period of three years. The list is hereby announced.
The competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in all cities should implement the "Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-quality SMEs" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, carry out the "Cultivation Plan for 'Specialized, Fine, Unique, and Innovative' SMEs in Shandong Province", focus on the cultivation of high-quality SMEs, continuously strengthen the cultivation and support of 'Specialized, Fine, Unique, and Innovative' SMEs, and provide tracking services, supervision, and guidance. SMEs that have obtained the title of 'Specialized, Fine, Unique, and Innovative' should continue to focus on their main business, strengthen innovation, enhance their core competitiveness, play a good role in demonstration and leadership, and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of SMEs in the province.
